Would you go for a protein shake or a grilled chicken salad? I'm tying to watch my sodium intake but i will be hungrier sooner if I drink the protein shake vs eating a full salad with the chicken?? IDK what to do?

I am for any food but natural - protein shakes are full of chemicals and a lean chitken salad (watch out the dressing and you should have no major fat/sodium issues) has much better protein. Add few nuts to your salad to get the full range of omega 3, fats (the good ones) and minerals your body needs after body pump.
Also, use lemon as a dressing to avoid salt (the acidity will make you notice less the absence of salt) and lots of herbs (thyme, origano, rosemary...): fat free, filling and healthier than any protein shake0 -
Thank you sooo much...0
