Easy Toning Excercises

I need some easy toning excercises, I'm pregnant so I can't do anything too crazy and I dont belong to a gym so ideally it'd be something I can just do at home after the kids go to bed. I walk 3 to 4 times a morning for about 30 to 45 minutes but I am concerned about flabby skin as a I continue to lose weight.
Any suggestions would greatly be appreciated.
