My names Lydia, I'm 19 and from the UK.
I started a desk job last year and have become slave to the chocolate cupboard. Also become slave to my driving licence, so went from walking 4 miles a day to hardly walking at all.
So need to control what I'm eating and try to lose all the weight I gained since I started my job.
