How much is too much?

Exercise that is. I want to lose 30lbs in 12 weeks...but dont want to be flabby. How much strength training should I do (min per day & times per week) vs Cardio (I like to run/walk treadmill)??? I know losing weight quickly can equate to loose skin & I want to avoid that.

    Look up Stronglifts 5x5...3 days a week and it'll be no more than an hour a day. That combined with a healthy diet and light cardio will make you look good. Also, don't look at the scale while lifting, you'll probably gain (or not lose) weight initially, but the inches will come off.
