Two years ago I quit smoking, 1 year ago I took up running (and exercise)...therefore I now can provide the following statistics:

Saved: £3,283 (not sure where I stashed it though)
Not smoked: 13,135 smelly *kitten*
Weight loss: 2 stone
Body size: Down from a size 16 to a size 12
State of mind: Bloody fantastic...never felt so good!!
