Hello everyone,
I just completed one week of logging my food, WOW what a difference it make. I had open heart surgery about one year ago gain about 15 pound after that, and was told I was pre diabetic so I HAD TO MAKE A CHANGE. My goal is to loose the 15 pounds I gain, and hope that pulls me off the pre diabetic stage. Then I hope to shoot for another 5 pounds putting me around 140. I'm so excited. out my 3lbs lost this week. You can add me as a friend if you like. My weakness is working out when it's cold...Hurry up spring!!!!

I'm in about the same age group and also lost 3 pounds in my first 10 days! It's definitely motivational to see the numbers decline. I'm shooting for 20 to 25 pounds so we are on the same road it seems. Good Luck!0
