I think I have been using my fitness pal about a month. Didn't realize there was a whole community here and everything. Just usually used my iPhone app to keep track of my calories. Saw some cool recipes that I will be running to the store to get what I need for a few of them after I finish typing. I was last at 173 when i weighed myself would like to get down to about 165, just to do it and then start trying to build some muscle and definition. Feel free to say hi and get to know me.
