Under 500 Calories and under 500 mg/sodium
Amy's (light in Sodium) frozen Enchilada (Black Bean and Vegetable) -- 320 Calories and 380 mg/sodium, and that's for TWO enchiladas.
Just add some "sour cream" (Small Container FAGE 0% Yogurt, 100 calories, 65mg/sodium), and a bottle of Corona Light*, and you're South of the Border!
The Enchilada's are delicious, and there's no trans fat, msg or preservatives.

*Add another 105 Calories for Corona Light
