Frustrated Yoyoer looking for some UK friends for motivation

Hi all,
This is my second attempt at MFP. Previously I thought I was becoming obsessive, constantly weighing everything out and that MFP was hindering me rather than helping me. However, I'm ready to lose this stone that has snook up on me since xmas and it doesn't feel right not logging my food and exercise.
My weight has gone up and down over the years. I'm either really strict with my food or I binge and eat nothing but junk for up to a month sometimes, hence I put the weight I lose back on rapidly. I keep losing and gaining the same stone (or two) but I wanna get down to 140 lb eventually and stay there although I'd be happy fluctuating between 140-147 lb.
I'm 5'8 and around 161 lbs. If anyone has the same problems and has similar stats to me please feel free to add. I'm keeping my diary private for now so I don't worry about what others may think but once I get into a good rhythm I will open it up.
Any kind of motivation and support will be greatly appreciated.
