5k races in or around seattle?

Is anyone doing any races in that area who would like to be running buddies? Im not too fast, haven't ran in a while, so will be getting back into shape. Im into the whole obstacle runs too (for fun, not competitively). I was looking at the foam run it's only 40-45-50 depending on when you buy tickets. And the Free them 5k it's only 25 bucks b4 may 5th.

The first has obstacles, the second doesn't. Also interested in Tough Mudder, but that one is pricey. Or run for your life (the zombie one) also pricey -_- ....those are obstacle ones.
