I need some advice/help!

I really REALLY hate my arms. I was hoping someone could give me some begginers excercise(s) for toning up your arms? I really am completly clueless to this. I go to the gym but mostly do spin classes/other cardio activities mainly because I have no idea how to use the equpiment for arms, I do enjoy free weights though but I always feel like I am not doing the right thing. Any suggestions?

    I would definitely talk to one of the professionals at your gym. Ask them for some advice on specific weight training you should be doing. They are there to help you!
