suggestions for ab and back of legs (thighs) .. workouts

can anybody suggest some good fast tone up exercises for the back of my legs or should i say upper thighs and my flabby stomach .. it is as flat as i want but got flab... now what? something that will keep my interest for i found that stuff like this stationary bike is not the thing for me .. it is boring .. I am used to a stair stepper and loaned it to my sister so i need to make up for that with just good ole fashioned exercise

What are your thoughts on the "Ab Lounge" ... do you think it works ...?
