where have you come from this week.

This past week has been quite an amazing one i must say. whether to gain lose or maintain weight, each of us has a reason for being here most likely to be healthy! This past week i have met such amazing people who have inspired me along my journey & its something i can not be thankful enough for.
so where have you come from, what are your goals?
heres mine: this is where i am at now. ive been a solid 107 until this week i hit 108 something im stoked about. when i started this site i was 119 running was my vice, and food was my enemy. i dropped to a low 100 yet in my eyes i saw fat fat and oh fat. i cut calories to maybe 800 & ran my heart out. now im at 108 lifting weights, and feeling better than ever. am i where i want to be. no, am i getting there YES. this week has been such a motivation for me seeing others with the same past as me, and being so supportive. i feel better than ever, energy wise, and for once i feel like i actually am starting to look okay.
its been rough i wont lie, ive had to cut my hour + daily cardio to only 20 min a day. & weights are now my friend.
im still afraid of calories, and the number i need but im taking it day by day.
lets motivate each other, && start loving ourselves. its about time i have started loving me & my body.
