I've never heard of the walk with me, but I have a Fitbit and I LOVE IT! ... I also recommend searching message boards and forums, etc for both of those topics ... I know you will find alot of positive feedback about the Fitbit. We've had ours since Christmas, and both my fiance and I have been more active and have been losing weight.0

I love my Fitbit! There is actually a whole forum dedicated to folks using FitBit. It synchs up with MFP, which is great. It's easy to wear (it clips on your bra & stays -- I lost 2 of the Phillips fitness measure devices b/c they kept falling off ). The only downside is that it's not waterproof - so if you sweat a lot, or swim you'll need to wear your HRM to track that. I actually use my HRM for any purposeful exercise, I find it's much more accurate. The fitbit is fantastic for tracking all the extra walking around you do everyday (or don't as the case may be). Wearing the Fitbit makes me much more conscious if I'm just sitting around all day, sometimes I'm working away and don't realized how inactive I've been.
I've had some fun days when I had no idea how much exercise I'd actually got in. When I do initial costume run throughs (I do theater costume design in my spare time) I always come home exhausted. I just figured it was the stress - turns out I was walking almost 5 miles and climbing the stairs 20+ times during the run throughs (between costume storage, dressing rooms, stage, seating). No wonder I'm always beat!0 -
I also have a fitbit and love it! I especially like the fact that now I can see that one of the reasons that I was waking up so tired in the mornings is because of my sleep patterns. As a result I have invested in a sleep meditation ap on my iphone to do as I go to bed which has improved my sleep quality heaps! I have always worn a pedometer but love that the fitbit can attach to my bra so I don't even know its there for the whole day. I bought mine to try out and now the hubby wants one too!! Highly recommend the FitBit!0
