I just need advice...

I am a 19 year old college student.
Because of my online and work schedule, I don't exercise a lot.
It is generally a full schedule, so my calorie intake is at 1,200.
I do make mistakes and eat some things that are bad, but even as I gradually change my eating habits, (to mostly fruit/ veggies) and occasional fattening foods from home...
Even at a low calorie intake, my weight isn't moving.
I just need some general advice that could help me budge the scale.
