P90X@ workouts and Shakeology

Hey everyone. My name is Darlene. I am an Independent Beachbody Coach and I have been tracking in myfitnesspal for a few months. I was using another program and it wasn't that bad but I love the bar cade scanner. This is excellent. I scan and go. Most of my meals are quick and convenient. I eat fresh fruits and berries, nuts and veggies, lots of seafood and some grains and breads. I drink a shake a day and workout consistently. I used to weigh 285 and now I am 220ish and looking to drop another 20 pounds. These last 20 pounds have been a challenge because I gain muscle easy. I have lost a lot of inches and I am grateful to be able to at least keep that off. Watch me in action and feel free to follow my lead. www.darlenefitness.com.
