50lbs LOST! (with Pics)

I can't believe it. It seems impossible that I have lost 50lbs.

I think we all search for a magic way to lose weight. It all comes down to math that MFP is kind enough to do for us. What have I done? I eat more vegetables and fruits. I park farther away and I take more walks.

I'm not an exercise-aholic, but I've found that I feel GOOD when I do exercise. Like I'm giving 110% to my weight loss.

You can lose without exercising, but I have a feeling with someone as big as I am, I'd end up with loose skin all over my body. So I've begun lifting weights to put more tone and definition to my body.

Trust me, if I can do this - so can you. I'm an emotional eater and I've been heavy my whole life. I've never, EVER lost this much weight before. MFP works - stick with it.
