    the backfat was my worst enemy, it was what i hated most about my appearance. If only Id known that just one stinkin MONTH could help diminish it so much, I wouldnt have sat around complaining about it for 4 years lol.

    WOW!! I really want to thank you for posting your pics..I am having a hard time, I will lose 5 pounds and gain it back the next week and have been doing it forever!! My weight is the same as yours and seeing the difference 10 pounds makes is really motivating to me...so THANK YOU!!
