Tell me what you think. It was a complete smoker! 2 weeks into getting back into things after a 6 month break


20 lb vest worn

warm up 5min

set 1:
*10-20 squats
*pull-ups
*10 lunges each leg
*10-20 push ups

*30sec rest after each set

cardio set:
*2 min 25 meter jog/sprints
*1 min abs of choice
*1 min 25m 52lb bag carry
*1 min abs of choice

*1min rest after each set

repete set 1
rest

repete cardio
rest

set 2:
*10-20 power jump
*hammer chin up
*10 reverse lunge each leg
*10-20 dips

30 sec rest after each

repete cardio
rest
repete set 2

cool down
