I would love to have more friends. I need the extra extra motivation. I would especially love some friends over 50 to share some of your techniques you are using to get the weight off. At my age, I am finding it very hard to lose this weight and keep it off...I do really good on some days and then its days when I just suck at this health kick...I have learned that my biggest enemy is sugar but there are days when I do indulge and then that sets me back...It takes about a couple of days for me to flush the sugar out, it really bloats me. How are you keeping the urges from getting the best of you? I love nuts but they are so high in calories, and instead of a handful I want to eat the whole bag which is about 400 calories...Would love for some of you to share how you are coping. One other thing is that I like to snack, I find myself eating when I am not really hungry....
