T-Tapp, me and accountability

Hi, I'm kind of new here. I've been here for almost 4 weeks. This week, I'd like to get in 6 days of T-Tapp exercising. Monday through Saturday. I've done T-Tapp in the past and lost a pretty significant amount of inches, but not weight and then I'd stop and the inches would come back. I like T-Tapp because it's not too hard on me. I've had Lyme disease in the past and just until this month, anytime I would exercise I would get seriously ill and be unable to get out of bed the following day due to pain and weakness. But so far this past month the few times I've exercised that hasn't happened and I'm very happy about that. (Thank you Lord!) Anyway, I am hoping to get 6 days done this week and would be blessed if anyone would like to help keep me accountable. I hope to lose a few inches here and there and hope to post some good results after a week. Thanks for listening.

What exactly is T-Tapp..??...Never heard of it, but it sure sounds interesting... :flowerforyou:
  • It's targeted muscle activation exercises. It really feels more like stretching but while keeping your muscles tight. It really focuses on the core but it isn't too hard to do for a beginner. There is a website; it's T-Tapp.com There is a lady on there who had 12 children and had gotten pretty big and then she did T-Tapp for a year (and watched what she ate) and she lost a lot of weight and got very toned. Her name is Charlotte, and I think her story is on the front page somewhere. She inspires me because I have 9 children so I can relate to how busy they keep us and how we tend to put their needs first and let ourselves go so easily.
  • Here's to day 1. Got my Monday exercising done as well as my body brushing (which is supposed to help with loose skin, we'll see. It at least keeps my skin soft and smooth.) I'm looking forward to seeing what a week of consistent exercising will do for me. Thanks for listening.
  • Day 2 done. My thighs are sore. That's a good thing, I think. My upper arms are slightly achy. I hope that means something is going on there too.
  • Day three is finished. I'm glad I got it done early today. Sometimes if I wait, then the day gets away from me and I don't get it done.

Hi! Happy to find someone else doing T-Tapp! I'm doing a mini-bootcamp this week - four days of BWO+. I MADE myself do it today (Day 3), even though I've been so headachy & crampy all day. My husband even said he was proud of me. :) Keep up the good work, farm_mama!
  • Hooray! I'm glad to know of someone else doing T-Tapp too! Thanks for replying! I'm looking forward to seeing how 6 day sof this goes for me. I've had such good results before even without changing my diet any. I plan to post my pre and post measurements when I get done. I'm doing BWO+ and also Awesome Legs (which is on her Body Brushing DVD) and Organs in Place/Half Frogs which is on the DVD that came with the book. I also do the body brushing, and I feel like it is improving my belly skin and stretch marks. I love T-Tapp and often wonder why anyone would want to kill themselves doing something like the Shred when it doesn't have to be that intense and you can still lose inches. But to each his/her own.
  • Today was day four of my six day T-Tapp commitment. I got it done tonight. :)
  • I finished my 6 day T-Tapp challenge for myself. I lost two pounds and 9.25 inches. I'll post a separate post with the actual measurements.

I'm sorry I haven't replied sooner. I just now saw your post. I am only using Basic Workout Plus. That is all I can physically handle at this point in my life.
