    Okay, I'll keep you distracted if you do the same for me! I work odd hours, sometimes I find myself starving at 10 pm...not good :wink:

    I don't know what Keto is, but I need a Buddy too. I am 60 and looking to lose 60 pounds this year. Thinking about following the 17 Day Diet. Has anybody tried it?
