Thank you! I need a new heart rate monitor for my beloved - his doesn't count calories. Might buy a new one for myself, too!

I have never ordered from them before but some of my friends have. No one has ever had a problem with the items.... I took this right from their site.

"How do I return a defective product?
Unless we specifically tell you not to, call the manufacturer of the product you bought. You will likely get a replacement of a new model or better item from them. If we still haven't dissuaded you, email rma@woot.com with your woot order number, the name of the product you are returning, and the detailed problem with the item. We will respond with return authorization by the next business day. Because we aren't likely to have a replacement in stock, you should be prepared for a refund-only option if that's all we can do. Know that return freight will be at your expense. Again, you will probably get a better deal from the manufacturer, or whoever else handling member service for that product. "

I've never had to return anything through woot, so I can't speak to that.

Everything they've shipped to me has been carefully packed with lots of padding, always arriving in tip top shape.

    I  woot. com.

I wear my Reebok while swimming. It works fine. It's water resistant to 30m and I'm right on top of the water when I swim.

But I don't like it. I find it hard to use and it doesn't do a bunch of stuff I need for my triathlon training. It's fine if you don't do a lot of interval training and can deal with the UI though.

The ones that you see on online for $20-30 are a discontinued model, btw. That's why they are so cheap.
