Upset with myself...did I do this again?

I had been logging everyday for 50 days with no flaws, but then I started to mess up and stop logging completely.....I am trying again....,... To be back on top of it and keep consistent.... I really could used more supportive mfp friends......... I despratlely need to lose my weight.......I know my health is getting effected by the excessive pounds. Why do I do this to my self.......I was doing so good... Its been about 3 weeks since I was logging the correct way, I lucky kept off the weight I lost the first time...maybe gaining back 2 pounds...... I really need support.

Don't be too hard on yourself, just recommit. I had 50 days and did the same thing you did, I was so bummed but more resolved to stick to it this time. Now i'm back up to 70 days. Keep moving forward0

OMG you've done brilliantly - not logging and not gaining. This must mean you've made a permanent change - excellent.
Have another sit and think about WHY you're doing this - look at your goals again. Maybe think of some more? It isn't always easy and you will stop trying if you lose sight of your goals.
What's working for me at the moment is BELIEVING I'm the slim person I want to be. In my head I'm already there, making slim person food choices etc. It'll only be a matter of time before my body catches up.

Remember, your diet isn't a conscious thing, it's a lifestyle. It should be a part of your daily routine. Just like choosing an outfit to wear in the am. You should try to leave out meat and dairy as well. Not all at once but little by little towards that goal. Good luck.0

Well, conscious was a bad word to use. It's more like...... Your diet should not be a "diet" it should be your lifestyle. You must embrace this new life as it is, with these difficult choices.0
