Any struggling mums out there?

I'm a full time mum to a 1 year old and don't have time to get to the gym. I'm losing weight very slowly because I can't really excersise at home without having my daughter trying to climb on me!! It's hard to get a decent amount of time to do anything. My excersise regime pretty much consists of going out pushing a buggy, or cleaning at home. Anyone got any tips for something I can do with my daughter or something that I can do that takes a short amount of time but burns the podge off lol x

Hello! I had the same issue, I have a special needs son who is 8 years old and 90 lbs.. he would often come and jump on me (painful!). The only way I could seem to fit in exercise when he was younger was if he took a nap, but most times I have to exercise before he gets up or after he's in bed.. couldn't seem to find any other way of fitting it in! Good Luck!0
