Interesting...Since you normally don't eat it, when you do, do you eat something heavy? Because maybe you just need something light? I usually wake up starving, but on my busy mornings I usually drink a slim fast drink, I usually have it about 7 am and would eat lunch around 12:30.0

I dont eat breakfast as soon as i wake up because it makes me ill (i wait about 1 1/2 hours), but if im pushed for time I will have 1 spoon of cornflakes and a splash of milk or 1 slice of toast .. basically something super light.
I have been like this since I was a child, I used to be forced to eat a full breakfast  and I was sick in school a few times lol so when I controlled my own diet breakfast was no more!0 -
Can you eat them normally?
Could it be the dairy in them?
Have you tried just a dry ceral?
Just a few things maybe to check into or think about.0 -
Im not sure....0

Years ago I read (I don't remember where) that if you can't stomach your breakfast it may be because of something you're eating too close to bedtime is not digested all the way before you sleep. So some of the acids are still sitting in your stomach. The idea is to get up and move around for a little before you eat your breakfast so the acids / rest of your food can clear out and the new food can go down easier. I am probably not making much sense as I just rolled out of bed... Hope this helps though0

Hello, try something light for breakfast..alot of people cant handle a larger breakfast on their tummys but try like a few slices of apple or strawberries...something that puts a little in your stomach but doesnt over fill it I sometimes have a hard boiled egg....its good to eat in the morning it helps you lose weight actually so its best if you eat something even if its small.0
