What would be the best time to weigh myself? I have 3 scales I can use. Any other coments on this?

    Use 1 scale and stick to that one..leave it in the same location on a hard surface,...weigh in the morning after you use the bathroom before you shower..nude......

    I also have a full length mirror right over top of my scale... I just realized that... ha! Scary thing to see first thing in the morning naked!
