Probably already know this one, but thought I would share.

6 slices of lite bread
1/2 cup egg white substitute
1/2 cup of skim milk
splenda
cinnamon to taste
vanilla extract
Sugar Free Syrup

I squeezed out 6 slices from this proportions, and with that, this gets you 2 slices for under 130 cals w/sugar free syrup.

This really lends itself to adding some fruit as well, if you have some hanging around.
