I made dinner last night of wholemeal pasta with lots of mince bolognese sauce, my wife had just done a 35km training run, and needed some protein. While eating, I dropped some sauce down my front, my wife proceeded to laugh at me and said:
"You must be losing weight, that hit further down your shirt than usual!"

Hey I will take a compliment any way I can get em. :laugh:
