I did see a few threads devoted to the fantastic thing that is hummus. Made me smile.
I am so happy I am going to teach my kids these things, instead of some of the less healthy things I was raised on.

1/4 cup fat free plain yogurt
2 tablespoons fat free sour cream
    1 tsp dried dill
    1 diced roma tomato
    1/4 tsp minced garlic

Stir together & use for any kind of veggies as a dip. Goes great with steamed artichokes too!

for lunch today I made three letuce wraps.

I put hummus on a leaf of lettuce then cut 1 or two grape tomatoes put them on top of the hummus and rolled it all up. Very good! I will be having it again when I get home from work.
