I have looked every where! I even called my local store to see if they had the nutrition info on it and THEY DON"T!! I can't believe it. I want to go and get one (forgot lunch today and am starving!) but I NEED to know roughly how many calories are in it first. Any ideas?

Did you already check the food diary? There are many TGI Friday's menu items there. If not try the Daily Plate. I usually get the Jack Daniels Chicken with mashed potatoes & veggies that comes to around 500 calories. Hope that helps.

I can't find it either, and I am the self proclaimed Google Queen! :frown:

I would suggest finding the closest thing you can find and use that.

Ya, I checked the food diary.

The closest thing that I find is like 800 calories. I am gonna have to settle for something else I guess. :-(

    Thanks for the responses!

If I went with a different kind of dressing you think it would be a ton better?

the chicken and the romaine are both good but its the dressing for sure that gets you everytime. ceaser dressing is one of the ones with the most calories in it. I would say try a oil and vineager, fat free or like a vinegrette. Good luck with your hunt. You could always call TGIF they have to have the info there for you. GOOD LUCK and if you find out let us know.

Ya, I just called the corporate # from the website and they don't have nutrition information on their food! I told him that I thought that it was a law in certain states and he said that NY City is the only place that needs to list it on their menus. I asked for the # and he said that it wouldn't do me any good because they wouldn't give me that info over the phone. He also told me that it varys by location because each location uses local vendors for the food. I told him that I most certainly wouldn't be eating their anytime soon unless they got nutrition info. He told me that they are hoping to have that info up sometime in the summer. NUTS!

I worked in restnts. the ceasar is the WORST dressing ever!!

Ask for the dressing on the side, then dip you fork in it, then stab your lettuce or chicken. you will taste it on eat bite, but only eat a tablespoon instead of 4-6 OUNCES that they put on the salad.

I read the nutrition info on the side of the best ceasar dressing ever, and it was 40 g of fat per 2 tablespoons. Not worth it!!

Have you tried the Dottie's Weight Loss Zone website. I've been told by people that you can find calorie counts for a whole bunch of restaurants on it.
