healthy, packable bkfast & lunch ideas needed

Hi All, my husband wants me to pack him healthy, low carb, high protein breakfast & lunch daily. So any ideas you can give me that meets 1) packable, 2) healthy, 3) low carb, 4) high protein would be GREATLY appreciated. THANKS!

Do a search for bento boxes, or go to justbento.com. There are a lot of ideas for lunches and a bento box gives you more portion control.0

I make a soup every weekend and then eat that during the week. My soups usually come to about 250 calories a serving, and that includes some kind of meat. As for breakfast, give him fruit or yogurt. Chobani makes great Greek Yogurt that's about 150 calories for a cup. Add in some Tricuits or a healthy granola bar and he should be set. Also try making a salad for him. The more veggies, the healthier he's going to eat.0
