So I had foot surgery and I can't run or even walk long distances. So I have discovered a few exercises that are low-no impact and still can deliver some results. yoga, and stationary biking has done all right for me but I am definitely looking for something else, since I think after a few months of these I am getting used to these. They are doing a good job, but I'm getting a little bored.

Any help would be great, or if you would like to know what I am using let me know!!

Weight training? You won't use your feet if you're sitting down doing strength training on your arms. In fact, there are several kinds of weight machines that use different muscle groups, and abdominal work, that don't involve standing on your feet. Plus, your efforts will actually ramp up your weight loss. HTH!!!
