Hi I'm karl im new to all this started the calorie counting just over a week ago and today done my first day of power 90 I'm doing the master series as I struggled to find the power 90 original for sale in the uk.
I'm looking for people who share the same interests in getting in shape as I so we can share diet tips and progress.

    Feel free to add me, im currently doing P90X which is the step above Power 90, so im sure i can provide any motivation or tips youll need. Im on day 72 by the way. Great job in starting, id like to hear how u liked your first day.
