Hey everyone. I have been here a week now and found a couple friends who are encouraging. I started my hCG injections February 13th I lost 15 pounds. I can see it in my tummy but my legs and booty need some help. I only have 45 minutes Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday to work out on my lunch break. At night and weekends I am taking care of my family on Saturday and SUnday I do try to set time aside to do UFC Trainer on XBOX. My question is when I go to the small gym my company provides it has treadmills, bikes, and treadclimbers, a ball and some weights up to 10 pounds, what is the best way to tone my problem areas (my thighs and booty) Any advice would help and also friends. You can add me the more motivation the better. Thank you.

Well toning your legs, the treadmill bike, and treadclimbers will help a lot. But u can add in some weights, like lunges or squats, 10s may not be much but its something. So maybe 30 minutes on one of the machines, and then a few sets of squats and lunges. Feel free to add me for motivation if u wish.0

i would go with wieghts and sqauts too. Also, google leg shaping excersice and you will probably get a bunch of good ideas. Good luck. Add me if you'd like0

look up HIIT also, makes it easier to train with less time. high intensity has totally changed my body i think. in better shape than my twenties!0

This is plenty of time!
Just so you are aware, the concept of toning is a great one but the results aren't going to be that noticeable if you have a significant amount of fat on those areas, so burning fat is #1. I would spend those 45 minutes doing a warmup/run on a treadmill or elliptical for 20-25 minutes, then another 20-25 minutes doing sets of lunges, split lunges (one leg in front of you, bent at 90 degrees with your foot directly below your knee, and your other leg behind you resting on a rail or other stable object at about thigh level).
Booty exercises are a little more awkward The one I like best is to get a large medicine ball, lie face down with my hands on the floor and the ball supporting the front of my calves. Then roll backward and forward on the ball, engaging the booty muscles. Or, lie on a mat propping yourself up on one side with your forearm and calf, and with your other leg, repeatedly extend your leg like you're trying to kick the ceiling. I will do either of these exercises and really feel it in my butt the next day. Good luck!0 -
