Problem Areas!!

It feels like no matter what I do for excercise, or diet I can not slim down my thighs!! I do 6-7 days a week of cardio & 4 days of weight training. I eat pretty well too! Any exercises or certain foods that will trigger fat loss in this part of my body?! Thanks in advance

You just have to keep lowering your body fat %. Only your body can decide where the fat comes off at, it sucks and people lose from different areas first/last than others.0
