Problem Areas!!

It feels like no matter what I do for excercise, or diet I can not slim down my thighs!! I do 6-7 days a week of cardio & 4 days of weight training. I eat pretty well too! Any exercises or certain foods that will trigger fat loss in this part of my body?! Thanks in advance :)

    It's genetics. Just have to stay in correct calorie deficit and stick to it.

    You just have to keep lowering your body fat %. Only your body can decide where the fat comes off at, it sucks and people lose from different areas first/last than others.
