Ambrosia Oatmeal
1 c. water
½ c. oatmeal
1/8-1/4 c. oatmeal
1-tangelo
Mix together all but the tangelo and microwave 2 minutes. While cooking break about tangelo segments and then cut into little pieces. When cooked, add tangelo and stir. If tangelo is somewhat sour, add a little stevia or other sweetner.
