Burning fat suggestion???

So I have been doing cardio every day for 3+ months and weight 3-4 days a week. I am now at the weight I wanted and almost into the size I was aiming for. The main problem I have now is I feel that I almost have fat pockets to my legs and love handles that won't budge. Anyone have any suggestions to firming the thighs without bulking up? I mainly need help with my inner thighs.
