protein smoothie recipes anyone?

i am looking for a meal replacemetn smoothing for breakfast 150-200 calories would be good so i can still eat my tablespoon of pb... i would love for it to be high protein too... so i was wondering if anyone has some good recipes:smile:

    This is 269 calories but it is my favorite!

    1 cup blueberries (I use Wyman's Frozen Wild Blueberries)
    1 scoop vanilla whey protein
    2 cups raw spinach
    1 cup unsweetened almond milk

    I like to have chocolate protein, half a frozen banana, 1 tbsp peanut butter, 1 cup almond milk and half a cup of water.

    8oz Organic low fat milk (can substitute soy or almond)
    2 Scoops of Herbalife Formula 1 Dutch Chocolate
    2 Tbsp of Herbalife Personalized Protein Powder
    Handful of ice

    27 g of Protein

    Whey protein 110 cals
    1/2 cup cottage cheese (or plain greek yogurt?) 100 cals
    fruit (I use 1 c strawberries and 1/2 c blackberries) 30 or so cals
    applesauce cup 50 cals
    1 to1 1/2 c water

    That's 4% cottage cheese, so lower fat would decrease cals.
    Whey powder has like 25 proteins alone
