I usually have a salad with chicken pieces for lunch on a weekday, and may have it for dinner once a week. It's quick, easy and versatile.

Fish is a more common dinner for me

If you're not tired of eating chicken all the time...
then try making the same meal for both of you but with different meats
my man doesn't like fish/seafood...and I don't eat red meat
so I make the same side dishes but 2 different meats...

I'm a huge fan of poultry. I have chicken a couple times a week. I eat turkey almost every day of the week. (Ground Turkey to substitute in many ground beef recipes and lunchmeat for lunch) I eat beef maybe 2-3 times a month. I'm working on including a few meatless meals into my rotation.

I had chicken last night! I think chicken 4 times per week might be a little much, but I could see having chicken every other day.

I eat lots of chicken. You can make it so many different ways. But, I'm one that can eat the same thing everyday for a week. Some people can't or wont do that. But, I also have beef, pork, and fish too. But, chicken is my main go to meal.

I tried the ground turkey couldn't do it. I will say that 97/3 ground beef has higher protein and less calories than lean ground turkey to anyone that has the same problem as me. I just didn't like the taste of ground turkey but super lean beef is actually a better option anyways it's just a couple bucks more.

Chicken for lunch at least 5 days a week (sometimes 2x's in a day lunch/snack) and chicken for dinner probably 3 days a week. If someone doens't like what I'm making they can make something else :) Chicken is pretty cheap and easy. I will throw in pork chops/ground turkey and steak sometimes. :) I love chicken.

Depending on which store I go to they are the same price most of the time. But I also buy the more expensive ground turkey because it really does taste better :)

In my store, the ground turkey is cheaper than the 93/7 lean beef. I usually use ground turkey in recipes like sloppy joes or chili. If I want a hamburger, I buy the lean beef. I also like pork but my roommate isn't a fan so I don't have it too often.

Four times a week wouldn't be too bad, but four times every week sounds like a bit much to me. It would depend a lot on how the chicken was prepared though. If there were enough variety in the recipes it might not be so bad.

This is how I feel about it. Yes, I have weeks where Chicken may come into the dinner 4 times during that week (often when I use leftovers for other things). However, there is no way in heck I could do it week after week. I like variety. I get bored easily and I don't want to cook or eat the same thing over and over.

Most weeks I have 2 days of chicken, 1 day of seafood, 1 soup or stew (this could be of anything), and one day of pork or beef (I only plan 4-5 days a week due to my schedule with classes and a weekly tutoring session I take). Now, this can change if there is a recipe I really want or mom asks for something specific. The soup or stew will most likely be dropped most weeks as it gets warmer and I will just add in a day of whatever there. Some weeks I do fish twice. It really just depends and changes week to week.

To give you a better idea, here is my menu for the next few weeks (note: it's not 100% done and missing a lot of sides):

Mon/12 Ham Steak, Sweet Potatoes, and Green Beans
Tue/13 (Class) Chicken Sausage, Eggs, and Toast
Wed/14 (Class) Flatout Wrap Pizza and Salad
Thu/15 Slow Cooker Stout and Chicken Stew and Rolls
    Fri/16 Tutoring
Sat/17 Corned Beef, Calconnon, Raglan Road Guinness Brown Bread, Glazed Carrots (IRISH SPLURGE!)
Sun/18 Salmon Patties, Tartar Sauce, Green Beans, and Salad

    Mon/19 Ruben Sandwiches and Salad
    Tue/19 (Class) ??
    Wed/21 (Class) ??
Thu/22 BBQ Chicken Salad/Grilled Chicken Salad
    Fri/23 Tutoring
Sat/24 Mustard Roasted Salmon, Asparagus, and Rice Pilaf
    Sun/25 Grilled Hamburgers and Salad

Mon/26 Balsamic Chicken with Roasted Vegetables
Tue/27 Dijon Grilled Pork Chops, Sugar Snap Peas, Salad
    Wed/28 (Class) ??
Thu/29 Baked Chicken Parmesan and Garlic Bread
    Fri/30 Tutoring
Sat/31 Honey Chicken Kebobs with Bell Peppers and Onions (allrecipes), ??
    Sun/1 Steak, Parmesan Tomatoes, Salad

God, I make chicken at least 4 times a week, it is just so easy to throw in the oven with a different marinade. I wish I had more time to make other food, but I am a mom and I don't get home until 6:30 so at that point all I have time to do is throw chicken in the oven for 25 minutes.
