need some advice

heyy everyone,
soo im pretty new with this weight loss thing. i just have some vanity pounds to lose. i'm 5'7" and i started at 148. i am at 138 now, with a goal of 125-130. would anyone suggest that i try to lose half a pound a week instead of a pound? initially, my one pound a week was easy enough, but now im having a lot of trouble managing hunger, which turns into binges. any suggestions are appreciated.

Yes, if you have less than 15lb to lose, 0.5lb a week is a better loss. Don't try to starve yourself, you need to start eating closer to what you will need to eat for the rest of your life.0
