Exercises Made for the Video gamer / Great winter workout

I have recently got the Julian Michaels Adventures on Kinect, and boy is it a workout! From the moment you begin, you feel the burn from your toes up. Many various exercises which is a joy, not staying on the same routine helps you accomplish more, when you're bored you generally tend to put down things and pick up another. Which in some peoples cases would be food.
Since I lost my first 10lbs I began wondering what could I do to exercise with out going in the cold weather? Well I had got the Kinect for Christmas so why not use it to it's advantage. I got Just dance 3 I do 1hour in sweat active mode to 2hours a day, which is a good cardio workout if you do all the right movements. Just right after I dance and pore calories off. pop in MY Best friend Julian,

A strengthening, Cardio, Work out that will keep you wanting more. The Adventure side of it is when you run in place doing various exercises to pass different obstacles. There are also 10 different types of circuits, and you can also take single exercises and make up your on circuit for you to do. Any circuit you do on the game is 30-35 minutes long, after you have done the work out it will give a score sheet showing what you missed and what counted, and also how many calories you burned from doing it. This game is a winter life saver I must say everyone should try this!!
