I'm curious why mfp has set my fiber goal to be 14g/day when the RDA is 25g/day. I realize the RDA is based on a 2000 calorie/day intake and that mfp has probably adjusted my intake recommendations with my personal loss goal, but it seems I never ever reach my carb goal, but am always exceeding my fiber goal. Those numbers make it appear that mfp is encouraging intake of carbs low in fiber........
