I travel for work, looking for healthy ideas

Hi all. I've never been much for online communities and this is really the first time I'm reaching out for help. I'm a consultant so I have the distinct pleasure of traveling 4 days out of the week. It makes it that much harder to eat right and exercise when you're away from home.

Anyway, my job is really stressing me out and though I haven't been on any kind of diet or exercise plan to date, I'm afraid unless I get on one, the stress is going to really get to me and cause some health issues sooner than later.

I've had a myfitnesspal account for a while, tried it but could never stick to it. Does anyone have any tips that could help stay with it?

Also, I'm really looking for healthy breakfast choices that can get my day going right, but I love out of a hotel so I'm obviously limited. If I can pick up something from the store and just carry in my laptop bag, that would be ideal. But I'm also a real picky eater, don't like yogurt or cottage cheese and not a big fan of fruits in general. I know, that's about 70% of healthy breakfasts. But that being said, any tips anyone can offer though are greatly appreciated.
