Hi everyone, my name is Stef and I'm new to MFP. I won't bore you with my reasons for being here or how I ended up unhealthy, it's in my profile. I'll just say that I am happy to be here and I can already tell that I'll love it. The tools here look to be SO helpful. I can't wait to continue my journey to weight loss/health!     Hi and welcome to MFP. I love this site. I have met some great people on here who know how to motivate and keep it active and very interesting. I sent you a friend request. Not sure which Washington you are talking about, but I am from Washington State. I hope you have a great day!
