Losing last 10 lb. with low impact exercises?

I have high-riding knee caps and sciatica, both which cause me a lot of pain. I'm down to the last 10 lb. but can't seem to drop it, because I'm unable to workout as hard as I might need to. I try to stick to fast-paced walking, but I don't think that's enough to help me lose the rest of this weight. I can't ride my bike, because it hurts my sciatic nerve. I can't afford a gym, and don't have access to a pool. Can anyone think of anything else that will help me lose the rest of this weight? Do you think increasing my strength training would help? Thanks in advance!
