Right people, I have tried this site before to help with my weight loss and it worked for a while and I did well, then i hit a wall and stopped as I got demoralised.

I really want to make sure I do it this time and achieve my goals, so I'm asking as many as you as possible to give me motivation by adding me as a friend and nagging me if I "dont to appear to have logged on for 1/2 days" etc.

Im determined to do it and i think by people pushing me it will make it easier for me. I'm starting tomorrow officially so will set my new goals then.

PLEASE HELP PEOPLE!!!! :)
