Hi everyone!
So i've been on and off and then on again with myfitnesspal. This time I'm gonna stay and not only do it 50% . Right now I'm in Chicago for 3 weeks and I will try to do bikram yoga for at least 3 days a week. I live in Norway and when I go back my plan is to start running. I'm going to Japan in July so I'm training to be able to get up mt. Fuji.
So that's the plan . Let's see if I can reach my goals and not give up. What's your goals?
