About motivation and bad habits

what did you do when you feel discouraged? and i heard about little things to change bad habits, what kind of habits do you change.?? just curiosity :D

    For motivation, here is what I have done:
    - Login here daily: track what I eat, read friends' updates and message boards
    - I like to visit tumblr and update my site and browse for inspiration #fitspo #fitness
    - I read websites like simplyshredded.com and cutandjacked.com

    For changing bad habits:
    - This is tough, my one bad vice was eating sweets/junk food, I gave it up for Lent.
    - Stay away from things that cause the bad habit (if drinking causes you to eat to much, don't drink), etc
