I just thought I'd say hello. I have 100+ pounds to loose and my sister introduce me to this site and it seems like a good tool to use to do it. I've already lost about 10 pounds before being introduced to this site, and hopefully this helps me along the way.

I've always had problems managing my weight, and 5 years of university doing nothing but sitting and studying has compounded that problem. I'm excited to see what the new me can be, and I'm always looking for new tips and advice. =D
